- Knowledge: Discuss the history of the current state of the house of surgery for women surgeons and trainees and minority surgeons and trainees.
- Abilities & Skills: Review concepts of mentorship, allyship, and sponsorship to increase the surgical pipeline for women and underrepresented minorities.
