In preparation for the DASH Oracle Maintenance Cloud (OMC) implementation in January 2025, the Facilities departments will clean up old, open work requests in Archibus.
You may receive emails informing you that your work request has been completed or closed. If your service request has not been addressed or the issue you reported has not yet been resolved, you are welcome to resubmit an Archibus work request. Be sure to provide details on your request so that it can be prioritized properly. If your request or issue has been resolved, no action is required.
