Hello All!
We hope you enjoyed the first DASH Digest sent last month, and we are excited to share some updates and additional resources this month!
Starting in March, the project will conduct a thorough and comprehensive testing phase known as User Acceptance Testing (UAT). This will provide an opportunity to validate the employee experience, functionality, usability, and performance of DASH to confirm the system fulfills UT’s business requirements.
In addition to UAT, we are also excited to begin mobilizing the DASH training team. DASH trainers have been selected and hail from across all UT campuses and institutes. Each DASH trainer will support their respective functional areas and play an integral role in their local area’s training efforts to prepare you for the transition to DASH. A list of trainers will be available on the Friends of DASH website soon, and you will receive communication in the coming weeks about specific training opportunities available to you.
If you haven’t already, please sign up to become a Friend of DASH and stay plugged in to the Friends of DASH website. This website is the ultimate source of truth regarding all things related to the DASH project. As we transition to DASH, this website will continue to provide announcements and resources to support the change.
We have two upcoming opportunities to learn more about DASH that we want to share with you:
- DASH training-focused Town Hall: March 7, 2024, at 3:00 PM Eastern. Details here.
- Access previous DASH Town Hall recordings on the Friends of DASH website.
- DASH Office Hours: March 25, 2024, at 2:00 PM Eastern. Sign-up here.
- Access recordings from previous DASH Office Hours in K@TE by typing “DASH Office Hours” in the search field found here.
July 1 is just the start of this journey! We recognize there will be an adjustment period as we become accustomed to our new ways of working with DASH! A lot of learning will begin after we go-live with the new system. We are here to support you throughout this transition period and will continue to prepare you after go-live as well.
Thank you for your engagement!
