Happy Women’s Month!
Join us in Campus Rec for 45 minutes as we go over various exercises involving ‘curls’ and learn how to put them together to create a total body workout!
This is for you if you are:
1. New to Fitness – need to know what you can do and how to do it.
2. Not new to fitness – maybe you would just like to learn more exercises that can be added to your current workouts.
