Kayla Collins is the Director of Health and Wellness at OUTMemphis. She holds an MPH from the University of Memphis, and she has spent the past 8+ years working and providing advocacy in sexual and reproductive health, racial inequities, mental health, violence, and substance abuse. She has a passion for serving the community and being an active voice for those in need.
Natalie Richmond is the Operations Manager of the Youth Emergency Center at OUTMemphis. She oversees the programs, events, and daily operations of the YEC, and she strives to incorporate youth feedback to ensure the YEC is queer youth centered. Natalie also works with the Sexual Health Services team to provide HIV testing and counseling.
Conversations on Health Disparities are part of the Co-Curricular Certificate on the Social Determinants of Health, which is a QEP initiative.
