Employee Appreciation Day 2024
All UT Health Science Center employees are invited to Employee Appreciation Day:
Thursday, October 31
11:00 am – 2:00 pm
Health Sciences Park, Madison Avenue and Dunlap Street
We are excited to celebrate YOU with a few hours of Halloween fun, including:
a free lunch and dessert, costume contest, pumpkin carving contest, monster freeze dance, guess the candy corn, best Halloween-decorated office space, and a free water bottle for each employee!
IMPORTANT:
You must register BEFORE Employee Appreciation Day to receive your FREE meal tickets and water bottle!
Monday, October 28, or Tuesday, October 29
9:00 am – 12:00 pm
Student-Alumni Center Gymnasium
Tickets and water bottles WILL NOT be distributed on Thursday, October 31, at Employee Appreciation Day. Make sure to register on October 28 or 29!
Please note: if you are unable to make it to the registration event, you may send a copy of your badge with a co-worker who can get you registered, pick up your tickets, and water bottle. Employees are limited to registering up to five additional co-workers.
