The Nurse-Midwifery concentration of the Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP) Program of the University of Tennessee (UT) Health Science Center College of Nursing in Memphis, TN, will be undergoing review for accreditation by the Accreditation Commission for Midwifery Education (ACME). A site visit is scheduled for November 13-15, 2024, and the program will be reviewed for accreditation at the February 2025 ACME Board of Review Meeting.
In accordance with ACME Policies and Procedures, ACME is seeking written third-party comments concerning the qualifications for accreditation of the nurse-midwifery education program at UTHSC. Upon request, comments will be considered confidential. Your comments will be included with other program materials undergoing review in February 2025. In all instances, your comments must directly relate to the accreditation of the program and the ACME Criteria for Programmatic Accreditation (December 2009, Revised June 2013, April 2015, August 2019, revised March 2020).
