REMINDER FOR THE RESEARCH COMMUNITY: As of January 25, 2026, all senior/key personnel on NIH RPPRs must annually certify non-participation in a Malign Foreign Talent Recruitment Program (MFTRP).
What to submit: Upload a flattened PDF to Section G.1 containing the following statement:
“I [Name] certify that, at the time of submission, I am not a party to a malign foreign talent recruitment program.”
File naming: MFTRPcert_[Name].pdf (one file per senior/key person)
