Did you hear about the 21-Day Inclusive Manager Challenge for current UT Health Science Center managers and supervisors that will launch in November 2024? Managers and supervisors sustain the workplace culture by fostering an inclusive work environment for everyone to thrive. When inclusion is present, employees feel valued, supported, empowered, and motivated to be authentic and contribute their best to meet the UT Health Science Center’s objectives.
Managers and supervisors can take part in the 21-Day Inclusive Challenge for free. The application process to accept forty-eight (48) participants opens Wednesday, October 23, with a submission deadline of Tuesday, October 29. For managers/supervisors admitted to the 21-Day Challenge, an orientation is scheduled for Friday, November 1, via Zoom at 10:00 a.m. (CDT). During the orientation, we will answer questions and cover the assignments, meetings, activities, and expectations for the 21-Day Challenge that will be delivered online using Office 365 Teams. The 21-Day Challenge officially starts on Monday, November 4, and closes on Friday, November 22, covering weekends.
The Office of Access and Compliance and the Office of Human Resources are sponsoring the challenge. We will verify your eligibility based on your personnel status using position title and EEO subgroup information available in IRIS. This program is not for remediation purposes but for professional development.
