UTHSC professor receives $4.5M for links in kidney, cardiovascular disease

Adebowale Adebiyi’s lab in the Coleman Building, 956 Court St., spills over two floors now and is in the process of growing again. Adebiyi, who became a full professor in July, this summer also received $4.5 million from the National Institutes of Health for two projects that in 10 years have defined his life’s work in physiology at the University of Tennessee Health Science Center.
