UTHSC Designated ‘VETS’ Campus

The Memphis-based University of Tennessee Health Science Center today marks its new status as a “VETS Campus” that will smooth the transition for military veterans into higher education. UTHSC officials, as well as others from the Tennessee Department of Veterans Services and the Tennessee Higher Education Commission, which oversees the new VETS stamp of approval, will attend a ceremony today from 2:30 p.m. to 4:30 at the UTHSC Student Alumni Center, 800 Madison.
