Pimentos Spreads Out with New Locations, Including Local Expansion Plans

A new Pimentos will open at the University of Tennessee Health Science Center (UTHSC) in the next couple weeks. According to Trey Jordan, owner of Pimentos, the move was inevitable. “We have had so many people who are interested in our brand [being] in the Midtown area,” he said. “So, when we have the opportunity to go to that market, [near] the medical school, we think it’s a natural for us.
