Le Bonheur physicians, angry with pact, want meeting with leadership

Physicians at Le Bonheur Children’s Hospital, angry at changes that affect their physician practice group, are asking for a meeting with leadership of Methodist Le Bonheur Healthcare and the University of Tennessee Health Science Center. In late June, both the Methodist Le Bonheur and UT boards of trustees signed off on a new affiliation agreement that outlines how Methodist and UTHSC will work together for the next four years, including key aspects of how the physician group at Le Bonheur Children’s Hospital will be run.
