Nikki Polis effectively led Methodist Le Bonheur Healthcare through the harrowing and confusing morass of the pandemic. She spearheaded PPE planning and worked on the revised visitor policy. And, when elective surgeries were suspended, she guided those workers to Methodist’s COVID efforts. In addition, she chaired the Methodist Le Bonheur Healthcare Vaccine Task Force.
She serves on the Nursing Advisory Committee for the University of Tennessee Health Science Center College of Nursing.
