On Sept. 10, eat lunch or dinner at Rizzo’s Diner’s “Less to Wine About Wednesdays” and a portion of the proceeds will benefit the Memphis Crisis Center. This dinner kicks off the Memphis Crisis Center Awareness Week, which runs Sept. 10-16, but Rizzo’s, 106 G.E. Patterson, donates part of its proceeds on the second Wednesday of each month to the center. Call 901-523-2033 for reservations, or drop in.
