Zoom Account Basic or Licensed?

Check to see if your Zoom Account is Licensed or Basic.

1. Open your Zoom App
2. Click on your profile picture or initials
3. Your Zoom will reveal the words Licensed or Basic

If your meeting needs to be longer than 40 minutes, submit the form to request a  Zoom licensed account.

Basic Zoom account features:

• Attend meetings others schedule
• Schedule meetings (no longer than 40 minutes with up to 100 attendees)

Licensed Zoom account features:

• Attend meetings others schedule
• Schedule meetings (unlimited time with up to 300 attendees)
• Set up a co-host
• Use Waiting or Breakout rooms
• Do polling
• Screen Sharing
