Wave 3 of Institutional Cores Going “Live” in iLab 7/2/18, including RBL & RHC

Agilent’s iLab Core Facility Management software, an online system to streamline the process of ordering and billing for institutional core service requests, has been live for several institutional core facilities since the beginning of 2018.

Our third “wave” of institutional cores that will implement iLab beginning July 2, 2018 will be the Regional Biocontainment Laboratory (RBL), the Metabolic Phenotyping Mass Spectrometry (MPMS) Unit of the Proteomics and Metabolomics Core (PMC), the Light Sheet Fluorescence Microscopy (LSFM) unit of the Advanced Animal Imaging (AAI) Core, and the Research Histology Core (RHC).

Once a core goes “live” in iLab, paper service request forms will no longer be accepted, and all core equipment reservations must be made through the iLab web interface.

For more information about how to register for an iLab account, or how to navigate iLab as a user of core services, please visit the UTHSC Office of Research Institutional Cores website, or contact the institutional core facility directly.
