In an effort to allow faculty and staff the time for necessary planning to ensure a smooth transition of our face-to-face courses to remote delivery by Monday, March 23, all UTHSC on-campus classes will be suspended for one week, March 16 – 20.
Here is how next week’s suspension of classes will impact UTHSC:
On-campus face-to-face classes and other on-campus activity at the UTHSC campuses in Memphis, Chattanooga, Nashville, and Knoxville will be suspended. Some online classes will begin next week with a full online conversion the following week. The colleges will communicate directly with students as individual classes convert to remote delivery. The details of lab and hands-on classes on campus will be communicated to students when they begin in subsequent weeks. Please note that special classes necessary for accreditation may be continued as defined by the colleges. These special exempted classes will be announced and communicated directly to the students by the colleges.
