Starting Monday, 4/21 through Friday, 5/16, UTHSC is teaming up with Verizon Wireless to collect used cell phones through their Hopeline program. Verizon refurbishes the used phones and donates them to battered women’s shelters throughout the country. Collection sites on campus: The VolShop, SASS in the GEB, lobby of the Pharmacy Building, lobby of the Dental Building and lobby of the SAC.
