Triathlete Quick Start Swim Program


The new Triathlete Quick Start offered by UT Campus Recreation will work with beginning and experienced triathletes to teach the basic principles of training for competitive events in the water. This program offers stroke analysis by experienced coaches in order to diagnose and correct inefficient swimming, precise drills to correct your stroke for more efficient and easier swimming, and training fundamentals for distance and sprint triathlon swimming.

Swim harder, better, faster, and stronger!

Program will meet for 3-week sessions, Tuesdays and Thursdays from 12pm – 12:45pm.

  • $100 member/ $110 per non-member
  • Session 1 – March 18th – April 3rd
  • Session 2 – April 15th – May 1st
  • Session 3 – May 13th – 29th
NO non-swimmers, please!
Pre-requisite: swimmer must be able to swim 25 yards comfortably
