Join us tomorrow, Tuesday, December 18, 2018 at Noon for Hot Topics in Research! Dr. Anna N. Bukiya, Associate, Associate Professor in the Dept. of Pharmacology, and Dr. Daniel Johnson, Director of the Molecular Bioinformatics (mBIO) Core will present on the topic “A Recent Core Lab Success Story Supported by a Partnership Between the Proteomics and Metabolomics and Molecular Bioinformatics Cores.” During this session, Dr. Bukiya will present data recently generated in the PMC/mBIO cores, which focused on long-lasting changes in the fetal cerebral artery proteome in response to prenatal alcohol exposure, which led to a recent publication in Molecular and Cellular Proteomics (PMID: 30413562). In the second half of the seminar, Dr. Johnson will overview institutional-level resources available for genomics/proteomics/informatics on campus.
