If you are not sure, with the Zoom app open, click the icon in the top right corner. If you logged in with SSO, you should see your email address as netid@tennessee.edu.
If not, click on the icon, sign out, and click Signin with SSO button, enter tennessee as the domain and then use your NetID and password.
