 Dr. Ryan Sheehy is a pharmacology educator within the Department of Medical Education in the College of Medicine at UTHSC. Dr. Sheehy received his PhD in pharmacology from the University of Iowa and he is currently a fellow at Johns Hopkins University within the Master of Education in the Health Professions (MEHP) program. His research interests include evaluating and assessing the effectiveness of novel teaching strategies that blend technology with learning theory to enhance student learning outcomes. Dr. Sheehy also has a particular interest in curricular design and evaluation with past experience developing a teaching curriculum for medical students.
