As ITS increases the number of UTHSC software applications and services that require Duo two-factor authentication for login, there are ways you can minimize the number of Duo challenges you receive:
- Select the “Remember me for 7 days” option on the Duo screen to stop challenges for that specific application for the next seven days. Please note this is computer- and browser-specific as well.
- Using the same browser window will reduce the number of Duo challenges, even as you log in to multiple applications throughout the day.
