Starting June 3, 2026, Qualtrics will transition all new surveys to the New Survey Taking Experience (NSTE), which is designed to be faster, more mobile-responsive, and fully WCAG 2.2 AA compliant. Existing surveys will not be changed, and copies of legacy surveys will remain in the legacy format.
Most users will not need to take any action. However, if your team uses custom CSS, custom JavaScript, or automated API workflows to create surveys, you may need to review and update those items to ensure compatibility with the new experience.
