OBJECTIVES:
Following this activity, the participants should be able to:
• Participants will be able to facilitate understanding of the scope and impact of child sexual abuse (both nationally and locally).
• Clarify the role and impact of the Child Advocacy Center model.
• Identify opportunities for healthcare providers to help address the public health crisis of child sexual abuse and resulting child trauma.
