Abstract: In this talk, we will share a set of SAS macro programs developed to search for a significant threshold in a continuous marker in association with a binary, continuous, or survival endpoint. We will discuss how to choose a ‘reasonable’ threshold, and the advantages and disadvantages of this approach.
