NEW Yoga Class Begins NEXT Tuesday, September 6th!!!


Come try out the new Vinyasa Flow class at the Mind Body Wellness Center. This class will be held weekly on Tuesdays from 5:30pm – 6:30pm, beginning September 6th.

Vinyas Flow is dynamic form of yoga that uses breath to link physical yoga postures and bring mindful awareness to the mind-body connection. Each class is different and includes postures of low to medium intensity sequenced in a way to help increase strength, balance, and flexibility. Appropriate for all levels.
