The Molecular Bioinformatics (mBIO) core will launch a new series of hands-on, practical training workshops for faculty, staff, postdocs and students to be held every Tuesday in March, from 12:00 – 1:00 p.m., in the Cancer Research Building auditorium.

Workshop 3: Introduction to GALAXY (March 15th)
Workshop 4: RNA-seq Analysis (March 22nd)
Workshop 5: ChIP-seq Analysis (March 29th)
Please bring your personal laptop and any raw data you may be interested in analyzing during the workshop.
