New Weightlifting Class Begins Monday, September 19


Join Khadijat Aregbe and Madeline Wurst Monday at 6pm in Studio 3 for beginner co-ed weightlifting. Learn proper technique for lifting weights and get more comfortable working out in the free weight area. Wednesday at 7pm  is for beginner WOMEN ONLY!! These ladies are a wealth of knowledge and can teach you how to workout without injury.
