Any employee hired July 1, 2014 and after will be required to enroll in the new Hybrid pension plans. Unlike the current non-contributory plans, the Hybrid plans will require employee contributions! The changes in the retirement plans ONLY AFFECT NEW HIRES. Current employees and retirees are not affected by these changes!
