GREAT NEWS, EVERYONE!
We have another new group fitness class added to the schedule. Join us for Kickboxing every Wednesday at 5:00 pm. This class is open to ALL fitness levels. This is purely fitness kickboxing (no sparring) for 45 minutes of punching and kicking the bag doing combos and combining body weight exercises throughout. Here you will burn mega calories, relieve stress, get stronger, and maybe even gain some accountability partners. Loads of sweaty fun!
PLEASE ARRIVE 15 minutes EARLY IF POSSIBLE.
HAND WRAPS ARE STRONGLY ENCOURAGED! Bring your own or you may buy from us.
GLOVES ARE PROVIDED but may bring your own as well.
