Come try our new Gentle Yoga & Meditation class led by Miranda in the Mind Body Wellness Center. Classes will be held every Monday, beginning September 12th, from 12:30 pm – 1 pm.
Our new Gentle Yoga & Meditation class, led by Miranda, is just what you need to help you relax on a stressful Monday. This 30-minute slow-paced class features seated and supported postures, and yogic breathing. The class flows through a series of gentle movements connecting your breath to your body aiding in relaxation. The class winds down with a guided meditation and extended savasana. Appropriate for all levels.
Class will be held in the Yoga Studio (Student Alumni Center, room 316).

5:30pm – 6:30pm Pilates Reformer Class (begins Thursday, September 22nd) – Reformer orientation required!
