Come join us in the Mind, Body, Wellness Center and try out our new classes this fall. New classes will include, Gentle Yoga & Meditation, an added Vinyasa Flow class, Guided Meditation, and a Pilates Reformer class. Keep reading below for the class schedule.
The Mind, Body, Wellness Center offers/will be offering the following classes:
Mondays
12:30pm – 1pm Gentle Yoga & Meditation with Miranda (begins Monday, September 12th)
5:30pm – 6:30pm Yoga with Peggy
Tuesdays
6:30am – 7am Guided Meditation with Felencia – Virtual (begins Tuesday, September 13th)
–Videos will be published at 6:30am every Tuesday & Thursday via YouTube. Links to videos will also be posted on Daily Digest.
5:30pm – 6:30pm Vinyasa Flow with Miranda (begins Tuesday, September 6th)
Wednesdays

Thursdays
6:30am – 7am Guided Meditation with Felencia – Virtual

–Reformer orientation is required!
