New Classes will be offered at the Mind, Body, Wellness Center THIS FALL!!!

Come join us in the Mind, Body, Wellness Center and try out our new classes this fall. New classes will include, Gentle Yoga & Meditation, an added Vinyasa Flow class, Guided Meditation, and a Pilates Reformer class. Keep reading below for the class schedule.

The Mind, Body, Wellness Center offers/will be offering the following classes:

Mondays

12:30pm – 1pm                 Gentle Yoga & Meditation with Miranda (begins Monday, September 12th)

 

5:30pm – 6:30pm             Yoga with Peggy

 

Tuesdays

6:30am – 7am                   Guided Meditation with Felencia – Virtual (begins Tuesday, September 13th)

Videos will be published at 6:30am every Tuesday & Thursday via YouTube. Links to videos will also be posted on Daily Digest.

 

5:30pm – 6:30pm             Vinyasa Flow with Miranda (begins Tuesday, September 6th)

 

Wednesdays

12pm – 1pm                       Vinyasa Flow with Miranda

 

5:30pm – 6:30pm             Pilates with Peggy

 

Thursdays

6:30am – 7am                   Guided Meditation with Felencia – Virtual

5:30pm – 6:30pm             Pilates Reformer Class with Peggy (begins Thursday, September 22nd)

                                                –Reformer orientation is required!
