Vinyasa Flow with Miranda, begins Tuesday, September 6th at 5:30 pm (also currently taught on Wednesdays at 12:00 pm)
Gentle Yoga & Meditation with Miranda, begins Monday, September 12th at 12:30 pm
Guided Meditation with Felencia, begins Tuesday, September 13th at 6:30 am (videos will be published at 6:30 am every Tuesday & Thursday on our YouTube Channel)
Pilates Reformer Class with Peggy, begins Thursday, September 22nd at 5:30 pm (Peggy also currently teaches Yoga on Mondays at 5:30 pm and mat Pilates on Wednesdays at 5:30 pm)
