1. Schedule using your patient portal. Remember to use your browser to schedule in real time. The Intellichart App sends a request and does notify you of Appointment Scheduling Success.
2. Use Microsoft Bookings.
3. Call the clinic at 901-448-5630. We recently hired new patient services representatives who are here to serve you!

4. Simply walk-in! Please keep in mind patients that walk-in may experience longer wait times than scheduled appointments.
