The UTHSC Office of Student Affairs and Community Engagement is partnering with the Mid-South Food Bank and the UT Shelby County Relative Caregivers Program to host a mobile food pantry on Thursday, June 25 10:00 am – 1:00 pm in the U Lot (197 S. Dudley St.). Families will receive fresh produce, meat, and dry goods. Food will be distributed to the first 500 households. Only two households per vehicle please. No walk-up clients will be permitted.
Per Mid-South Food Bank guidelines, please bring a driver’s license OR other ID. You will be asked to fill out a short eligibility form providing a self-declaration income statement declaring that the total amount of household income is below 150% of the current income poverty guidelines, using the income USDA Household Eligibility Scale. If you are picking up for someone else, you must have their ID and they count as one household.
