Life Science Tennessee Mid-South Academic Alliance presents the 2nd annual“Memphis Scipreneur Challenge”, starting January 2018!
Currently we are looking for motivated participants from all backgrounds and educations to join us for this exciting opportunity in the Memphis Area!
The Memphis Scipreneur Challenge (MSC) is an entrepreneurship-based competition organized by LifeSciTN’s Mid-South Academic Alliance in collaboration with University of Memphis (UofM), University of Tennessee Health Science Center (UTHSC), and St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital (SJCRH).
MSC will be a 9 weeks training outreach program that will showcase STEM-related intellectual properties (IPs) being generated at Memphis’ premier research institutions and provide entrepreneurship training to students and postdoctoral fellows.
The participating teams, comprising of research scientists,business students, clinicians and mentors will present a business plan and compete to win prizes in a final pitch competition, judged by the Memphis business community.
