UTHSC and the United States Army Medical Command are partnering for an amazing event on April 8, 2014, 11:00 a.m., SAC. Our goal is to bring students, educators, health care providers, and administrators together as a community for an educational look at Army medicine and educational financial benefits. Representatives from the Army will construct a Deployable Rapid Assembly Shelter (DRASH) in the SAC dining hall, complete with a Forward Surgical Team (mobile hospital), to demonstrate the realistic hands-on experiences that future medical professionals and team members will have as part of the U.S. Army.
