Join Dee Griffin, former local reporter/anchor and domestic violence survivor, on Tuesday, Oct. 3, from 12-1:30 pm at the SAC Dining Hall for a lunch conversation on the culture of domestic violence.
The event is being sponsored by the UTHSC Office of Special Events and the Office of Equity and Diversity to educate about the importance of resolving conflicts, ending domestic violence, and building healthy relationships.
Working as a news anchor, Dee Griffin now lives in Augusta, Georgia. She was last year’s keynote speaker at Bridging Troubled Waters, a community event held annually in support of National Domestic Violence Awareness Month.
