Happy Lunar New Year! Welcome to the Year of the Snake!
We are excited to announce that the first Lunar New Year Fair will be held on Saturday, February 8, 2025, from 10:00 AM to 9:00 PM at the Agricenter. This event, organized by the Greater Memphis United Chinese Association (GMUCA), will feature carnival games, delicious food, Lion and Dragon Dances, live performances, and much more!
To benefit our employees and students, discounted group tickets are available for $10 each. You can purchase tickets by emailing jxiao@uthsc.edu or texting Jianfeng Xiao at 901-262-8055. Admission is FREE for children 10 years old and under.
We hope you can join us to experience the rich culture and festive spirit of the Lunar New Year. It’s a fantastic opportunity to enjoy something beyond the classroom and have a fun time!
