UTHSC and Optum, our EAP provider, are excited to provide a series of virtual training classes designed to help employees on a variety of topics related to workplace and work/life issues. These training programs will be conducted by members of the Optum network of experienced training professionals. The workshops will utilize a variety of case studies and virtual facilitated discussions.
Topic: Living in Uncertain Times During COVID-19
Class Description: Heightened worry and fear can only make trigger events worse than they already are. Controlling the way that we process the events is the goal of this seminar.
Participants: Learn to accept the new reality and new expectations that we will all be living with, explore options to help us adjust as best as possible, and discuss what strategies will work for each of us.
