The Information Technology Services (ITS) team is closing out another year of progress, innovation, and campus partnership with the release of the 2025 Annual Report — now available for the UTHSC community. This follows the earlier rollout of the 2025 Annual Survey, where students, faculty, and staff shared their experiences, needs, and expectations around technology on campus.
The annual survey gave ITS a clear picture of what the campus values most: reliable systems, responsive support, and technology that empowers teaching, learning, research, and clinical care. With that feedback in hand, ITS spent the year focusing on improvements that directly address those priorities.
Now, with the Annual Report officially published, the campus can see how those insights translated into action.
The newly released report highlights:
- Campus Technology Enhancements — Upgrades to infrastructure, systems, and tools that support daily academic and clinical operations.
- Cybersecurity Initiatives — Continued efforts to protect data, strengthen authentication, and educate the campus about digital safety.
- Service Improvements — Enhancements to the Service Desk, TechConnect, and user support workflows.

Each section showcases how ITS is working to provide the tools, systems, and support the campus needs to thrive.
