Is Your Office Phone Not Working?


We recently switched 500 UTHSC users to RingCentral, our fabulous new Voice Over IP telephone system.

But only a little over 50% of those users have activated their RingCentral account. Once we switch you over, your desk phone will only work for a brief period.

So, if you notice your desk phone doesn’t seem to be working, check your email. You may be overlooking a RingCentral activation email.
