We are writing with some important updates for you from the Office of International Affairs.
Most importantly: your immigration status is NOT affected by any changes made at UTHSC during the COVID-19 pandemic. Students are allowed to study online full time during this time; those of you who are working at UTHSC will continue to be in status, even if your work is done remotely, as long as you remain affiliated with UTHSC.
The Office of International Affairs will not be open to visitors effective immediately due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
We will be working remotely and will be available via email and phone; email remains the best way to communicate with us: email@example.com.
We will have access to our database and documents, and our office procedures will continue normally as much as possible under the circumstances.
Any critical documents will be mailed out as needed, and any urgent USCIS petitions will continue to be handled as usual.
Thank you for your understanding at this time, when the situation remains very fluid and changes occur quickly.
Please do stay in touch with our office. We remain here to serve you and are happy to answer any questions you may have.
