You have submitted a TechConnect ticket for service – now what?
An email notification is sent after your ticket submission and every time the ticket is updated.
When you click the My Requests button, you see any new, in progress, and on-hold tickets by default:
- See details of a specific ticket by clicking on the ticket title.
- Add Comments by clicking on the ticket title (but you can also reply to emails to add a comment).
- Withdraw the ticket if you no longer need service (click on the ticket and click the Withdraw Request button).
