You are trying to reach the UTHSC website on your computer, phone, or another device, and it isn’t connecting. Could the network be down, or is your Wi-Fi out? Is the campus web server down? How can you know?
Did you know you can check UTHSC TechConnect for messages when ITS is experiencing any issue that might affect your service?
Go to the TechConnect homepage and look in the first column. If there is a known issue relating to campus technology, we will list it at the top of the column. We update it as necessary, and once the issue is resolved, we will remove the notification.
Our goal is to inform you of any issues as soon as possible! (p.s. We also post planned maintenance here in the Daily Digest!)
