Hot Topics in Research: “Utilizing RBL Services for Basic and Translational Research” 8.28.18 @ Noon


The mission of the Regional Biocontainment Laboratory is to improve human health by conducting basic and translational research that leads to the development of effective diagnostic biomarkers, vaccines, antivirals and therapeutics for emerging, re-emerging, neglected or rare infectious diseases. However, the unique facilities and instrumentation that support these efforts serves as a valuable shared facility available to UTHSC, others in academic, not-for-profit and private sectors for basic research and translational discovery efforts across disciplines. Cores include Animal Services, Host Responses, Bio-Imaging, Pathogen & Small Molecule Discovery and High Throughput Biology. Come discover what the RBL Core can do to support you and your research projects!
