As part of the modernization of our telecommunications platform, the campus has switched to a new office voicemail system.
You will be required to go through a brief voice-guided setup the first time you check your voicemail. IMPORTANT: Everyone will use the same default password for this first-time login and must change the password to one of your choice.
Visit the voicemail instructions website for the default password and detailed information about the first-time login as well as how to check your voicemail from UTHSC and non-UTHSC phones.
Please note this change will not affect phone forwarding.
