The Memphis Crisis Center and Rizzo’s Diner at 106 G.E. Patterson are partnering for a once-a-month event to raise funds for the 24-hour hotline for people in emotional distress. “Less to Wine About Wednesdays” will be held on the second Wednesday of every month. The restaurant will give 25 percent of the day’s proceeds to the Memphis Crisis Center. July 9 is the next event. So tomorrow, make it a point to have a nice meal for lunch or dinner at Rizzo’s and help the Crisis Center with its life-saving work.
